   On the topic of panhandlers and litter, there’s a panhandler near my local gas station. I have given burgers and drinks to a couple of people standing on the street corner holding signs, but if I see you there on two consecutive days, it’s not desperation, it’s an occupation, and I ain’t supporting that.

   He’s also succeeded in turning the sign he squats at into an utter trash heap.

6. Charges were dismissed, on the grounds that money is not trash.
