From Kenosha, Wisconsin:
BREAKING: @GovEvers authorized the @WI_Guard to assist Kenosha law enforcement ahead of a charging decision in the police shooting of Jacob Blake.
“The National Guard may not be used to impede the ability of people to peacefully protest,” the governor added in his statement.

NEW THIS MORNING: Crews are shutting down streets in Kenosha as we speak. This is near the Kenosha County Courthouse.
The road closures look very similar to what they had in place back in August/late September. pic.twitter.com/RV0hkMJRa5

The decision whether or not to charge the officer who shot Jacob Blake is coming soon, rumored to be Tuesday.
Methinks from the preparation that the expectation is that the officer will not be charged.
It seems that the Governor might have been tipped off to this fact and is bracing for massive riots.
Antifa is going to riot no matter what the ruling handed down is.
Simple fact, the officer was following department guidelines(the guidelines being good or not are irrelevant) so unless they want to open the can of worm that would be setting the precedent that officers are responsible for their actions no matter how they were trained they wont convict him.
The Minneapolis Minnesota TV News was reporting over the weekend that Kenosha WI businesses were all boarding up their windows this last week in anticipation of the decision.
We have warmer than usual weather (temperatures near freezing) this week also. A cold snap would be nice.
But they are responsible, I would say. Military oaths speak of obeying all lawful orders of superior officers. That implies a duty to determine whether an order you’re given is a lawful one, and if not, disregard it.
For that matter, the same issue was argued and settled at Nuremberg.
