2. Hmmm….. Didn’t a woman in the Midwest sue Jim Beam distillery for not warning her that consuming quantities of bourbon (I think it was around a Quart per week.) When pregnant could lead to miscarriage or stillbirth? The judge ruled that lawsuit frivolous. So should this one.
