The Thin Blue Line was a British police comedy staring Rowan Atkinson – unfortunately known best in America for playing Mr. Bean.

One scene from this show perfectly captures why we stand against “reasonable restrictions on guns.”  Because everything they describe as “reasonable” makes law abiding gun owners subjects of a bureaucracy.

In 1995, this may have been a joke.  Today in the UK it is real.  It is also how may issue states treat CCW and is what anti-gun activists are trying too do to US gun ownership.

  1. I honestly didn’t like Thin Blue Line, that clip is just one of many reasons, or Mr. Bean. I liked him better in Black Adder.
