Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) had stern words for the National Rifle Association on Tuesday, responding to the gun group’s new president attacking student survivors of the shooting in Parkland, Florida, for allegedly engaging in “civil terrorism.”
“The NRA is kind of just shy of a terrorist organization,” Schultz told HuffPost. “They have done everything they can to perpetuate the culture of violence that we have in our country with the spread of assault weapons across the nation.”
Debbie Wasserman Schultz: The NRA Is ‘Just Shy Of A Terrorist Organization’
Dear Rep. Wasserman Schultz. I know for a fact that there are a bunch, and I mean a lot, of NRA members in your county. I know you cannot keep your panties dry at the idea of declaring the NRA a terrorist organization and persecute its members but, do you think it is a wise idea to fuck around with your armed neighbors?
If you succeed in making us terrorist, don’t be surprised at the consequences.
Mrs. Cocker Spaniel has a lot of gall pointing fingers at others considering how many federal & state laws she’s broken in just the past 2 years.
She should be in jail, right next to Cankles.
She really hasn’t thought through that “make them” terrorists thing, has she?
How many engineers, chemists, biologists would she deliberately declare outside the protections (or limitations) of the law.
When you are calling for the death of the people who could build skynet as an F-you contingency, you might not want to think twice.
Interesting you would use the phrase “… declare outside the protections … of the law”. That was one of the charges against George III in the Declaration of Independence. Very appropriate.
That was very intentional.
The anti’s seem to want to remove any cultural or legal prohibitions on using violent coercion against anyone who disagrees with them.
That might get unpleasant when the people they are doing that to design SMG’s as a pastime. (I do some part-time CAD work for an 07 FFL, so it’s even nice and legal to make physical prototypes)
Notice how the Imran Awan scandal has disappeared down the rabbit hole for the MSM? No word on why Wasserman-Schultz was so adamant in her defense of him either…
