I remember several noted firearms instructors stating “find out what the police carry for ammo and carry that”. The logic being if ya yeet a bad guy you did it with “cop ammo”..
Boy Cinci was on the cutting edge of firearms technology. The 357 Mag has been around since the ’30s. Most police departments out west had switched to 357 Mag with hollow points by the ’50s. As a civilian I was carrying a 357 as my “woods gun” since the early ’70s.
