Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

  1. Bravo.

I would only add that IMHO, one warning should suffice. No need to have n>1 “last” chances.

    1. Just having names and mug shots posted will be helpful: it will allow potential employers to avoid the mistake of hiring any of these terrorist sympathizers.

      1. Heh. Bets on whether image recognition search engines (hi Google!) get constraints imposed to protect the guilty?

        1. There are commercial products — used to identify shoplifters mostly — that will do it just fine without Google’s interference.

      2. A couple of years ago, I was talking to a University of Tennessee cop who went to my church. This was during a period of big Antifa demonstrations (though I don’t remember why at the moment). There had been one scheduled at UT Knoxville but nothing much came of it.

The cop told me that the key was that there was an anti-KKK law passed in TN at the turn of the 20th century that made it illegal to have demonstrations while masked if it involved intimidation, etc. That law was applied to Antifa. They were told that they could demonstrate all they wanted, but they couldn’t wear masks. Most of the Antifa types declined to participate, and the rest acted much more restrained than was expected. They are apparently much less inclined to engage in shenanigans if they can be identified.
