MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Federal officials announced Tuesday the arrest of two Venezuelan nationals after finding weapons and large amounts of U.S. currency onboard an aircraft in Fort Lauderdale on Saturday.

Authorities from the Fort Lauderdale Marine Unit were alerted of an aircraft movement related to an ongoing investigation and found 18 assault/bolt action rifles with optics, six shotguns, 58 semi-automatic pistols, $20,312 in U.S. currency, and $2,618.53 in endorsed checks.

I only have one question: Where did they find guns? It is not like we are having a supply glut in the country, right? The shelves are bare everywhere and these guys managed to get 82 guns?

Yesterday, the Portland Police Bureau (PPB) began investigation of an assault that occurred in the downtown area where an adult male associated to a white pick-up truck was violently assaulted. Investigators positively identified the suspect as 25 year-old Marquise Love. Investigators made attempts to contact Love but could not locate him.

Investigators have left messages for Love to turn himself in but will continue to look for him as there is probable cause for his arrest.

PPB Investigators have been made aware of attempts by members of the public to contact Love after possible personal information was posted online. Investigators urge the public to not do this as it can be dangerous. Also, the information circulating on social media is not always accurate.

Other reports around social media claim that the victim in this case is not recovering or has succumbed to the injuries. These reports are false. The victim has been released from the hospital and is recovering.

Investigators are still trying to locate a transgender female who had some of her things stolen in the area of Southwest Taylor and 4th Ave, the location where this incident began. That person has not been contacted and their identity is unknown. Investigators would like to speak to this person.

It is official, we have a suspect.

The question is of or when this person is found, how will the Antifa supporting prosecutor handle the case?

Charges dropped?  Slap on the wrist?

As any fan of Law & Order can tell you, the arrest is on the first half of the story.

I was out at a non-medical waiting room with the mask on because now Miami-Dade has figured out that ticketing people without masks is a good was to get some extra cash for the coffers. I realized that the “caption” helps with the coverage of the face since I sport a rather bushy bear and it keeps shoving a normal mask up. I don’t have to worry if I am covered or not.

The other thing was the people trying to read the caption without staring at me. It was funny as heck to see them trying to decipher without staring, Those who managed to read, just wondered what the hell was that about which suits me fine.

And if you are wondering about the window behind me, it was not raining, nor they were washing it: It is summer in South Florida. It is the condensation of the outside humidity of 80%.

He Adam Haner (alive and recovering ) did manage to get away from the initial event, but crashed for some unknown reason and the sharks attacked.

We need to have terminal back up plans and carry enough doses of repellent.

There have been talk about the identity of the driver attacker, but I rather wait till the police names him and preferably has him shackled. Also I was told the driver died, but I have nothing about his condition so fat this morning (7:02 am).
