A Minneapolis man brutally attacked a 75-year-old man who asked that he and his friends lower their voices on a Metro Transit bus, according to charges filed Friday.

Leroy Davis-Miles, 23, was charged with felony assault in the Wednesday afternoon attack that left the victim in grave condition. The victim suffered a critical brain injury and is not expected to survive.

According to the criminal complaint, the 75-year-old man boarded the bus shortly before Davis-Miles and a group of his friends. During the ride, cameras overhead captured the victim approaching the group asking them to stop being loud. The young men responded by becoming hostile and threatening to beat the man when he got off the bus.

A short time later, the group followed the older man as he exited at the Chicago-Lake Transit Center. Surveillance video and witnesses told police that Davis-Miles walked parallel to the victim on the sidewalk before walking up and punching him once.

The man was knocked backward, and he struck his head on the pavement.

Davis-Miles shook hands “in a congratulatory manner” with one of his friends as the man lay unconscious on the ground, charges say. Then several of them rummaged through his pockets.

What the hell is going on in Minnesota? It is like we are back to the New York of the 80s were feral groups were roaming the subway robbing & attacking people.  Will another Bernard Goetz be soon in the making? Sure as hell Minneapolis is not New York but we do have a fly in the ointment since Minnesota law imposes a duty to retreat and this can make a hungry district attorney go dull if the right mixture of politics happen during a defensive shooting.

And if you have anybody still claiming this was a coup, remind them that the Bolivian military never left its bases and that the National Police was on the streets marching with civilians. There was never a violent threat to Evo Morales, just a direct attack on his ego by the people of Bolivia.

After two weeks of constant public marches (Bloodless by South American standards) protesting fraudulent elections (So fraudulent that even Jimmy Carter’s own OAS had to admit it) with the National Police saying they would not support the government nor take action against te people in the streets and the Armed Forces also taking the side of the people who just wanted fair and well run elections, Evo Morales resigns.

For the World’s Left that is a classic Coup d’Etat. And so is for the  Distinguish BrotherHumper and Adultress from Minnesota’s 5th congressional district.

Oh well, I can’t say I am surprised.

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The Henderson Police Department released body camera video regarding the recent officer-involved shooting.

On October 21, 2019, at 12:11 p.m., the Henderson Police Department responded to the 10000 block of S. Eastern Avenue about a 911 disconnect call.
In the video, officers arrived at the residence and found a 7-year-old boy with stab wounds and an agitated woman, identified as 37-year-old Claudia Nadia Rodriguez.
A struggled ensued between Rodriguez and the officer, which resulted in the use of deadly force.

Sweet God, I’d be a full blown alcoholic if I had to deal with calls like that every day. Imagine hearing people having their worse day in their lives calling you for help and you must remain cool, professional and fight every instinct you have to drop everything and go help. And yes, they are sending help in the most efficient manner, but still the need to be hands-on helping must be overwhelming, specially when it is a child begging on the other side of the phone line.
