Now I know what to do with my spare camera.

Video has come out related to the raid that led to the death of Bryan Malinowski. If anything, it has helped me make the decision about a spare surveilance camera I had not used yet.

I have a doorbell camera too, but no other covering the front of the house. I shall give it a lot of thought on where and covertly place a backup camera.

And don’t forget: If your surveillance system is suddenly down, you must go DEFCON 1.

I’m Sorry, Washington state

Your state Supreme Court hates you and cheats.

Monday evening, PST, the trial court enjoined the unconstitutional magazine ban. As the judge wrote, you don’t use a magazine to spread butter, it is an arm.

The 2A community jumped into action. Since it was after hours, LGS (Local Gun Stores) opened up and the people flocked to buy magazines.

As a song put it, “The joint was jumping.”

Less than an hour and a half after the injunction was granted, a commissioner at the state Supreme Court issued a stay.

Here’s the thing, that commissioner did not have time to read the injunction before he stayed it.

Since this is in the state court system, I do not have good visibility into it. I’ve not read the injunction, nor have I read the stay. All of this is from my feeds.

At least the people of California got a full two weeks of freedom. The state of Washington didn’t even get a full two hours.

Shocking development: Vanderbilt Hospital finds out signs and laws do not stop guns.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Weapon detection systems are being installed at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Hospital leaders said it’s part of a new security plan to keep patients and staff safe.

The new screening devices will be installed starting at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt on April 18, a hospital spokesperson said. They will be expanded to other buildings over the coming months.

The weapon detection systems will be placed in the vestibules on the first and second-floor entrances to the children’s hospital. The current metal detectors used to enter the emergency department will remain in place.

Last September, a man was arrested while visiting his son at Monroe Carrell after police said he had a loaded gun and threatened to shoot someone. Rush said guns have never been allowed and this new technology will stop people from sneaking them into the hospital.

I wonder how effective this system will be. We will know eventually, but if it is anything like their COVID screening procedures, you would probably carry a Panzerfaust and get away with it.

The COVID procedure is as follow: You walk in, approach a manned desk, get a sticker like the one above, paste it in the front of your upper garment and proceed to traipse around the facility. Short of you coughing up blood and showing pustules all over your body, you are certain to be left alone. No temperature checking, no other observations required.

You can’t take on the military

I hope we never have a war between the American citizenry and the US Military.

I mean that sincerely.

The results would be horrific for both sides.

But there are some people, mostly on the Left, who think the US military would trounce the shit out of the citizenry because of their vastly superior technology and training.

That, I doubt.

The US Navy proved that today on their official Instagram page.

If the shit ever hit the fan, and the military was maneuvered against the American people, there is a not insignificant chance that personnel ordered to occupy our city streets will have their weapon optics mounted backwards and have no idea how to shoot their gun.
