Remember, not everything that was ts to kill you in the city walks on two legs.
As long as the owner is in jail, haul him in to court and add additional charges like attempted homicide, harboring dangerous animals, etc.
It’s Florida. People have guns. Why didn’t anyone shoot the dogs? Why didn’t the police?
