Supernova effect.
Put a ping-pong ball on top of a golf ball and drop them at the same time, when they hit the ping-pong ball will be LAUNCHED…like kinda hardcore launched. All the energy of the heavier object falling ends up transferred to the lighter object on top of it.
Which is literally how supernovae happen: Lighter stuff on the outside and heavier stuff under it all collapse together, and…same effect, becoming literally one of the most powerful explosions in the universe.
And this is how physics class taught me how to NOT mini-supernova my guinea pig through the ceiling 🙂
