Did you miss the petition our Chair @shannonrwatts put out yesterday? The people fighting back against Trump deserve to have their voices heard after the SOTU – sign here: https://t.co/ADcBm1Wq8H#SOTUResistanceResponse

Shannon Watts Tweeted this herself.
Hey @CNNPR – Two days ago I created this petition and it has 4,000 signatures. Will you give #TheResistance an on-air opportunity to respond after the #SOTU like you did for the Tea Party in 2011, yes or no? #SOTUResistanceResponse https://t.co/c55W85McLZ

She wants to go on CNN after the State of the Union address and give the “official” resistance response.
I believe Miguel is been (mostly) right. She’s going to run for office. He thought Congress.
This is the beginning of her 2020 run for Senate to unseat Republican Corey Gardner. He’s up for reelection in 2020.
Congress was too small an investment for Michael Bloomberg and there was no reason to run against Rep. Jared Polis, since he’s a Democrat. To defeat Senator Gardner would unseat a Republican and would complete Colorado’s transformation into a Blue State.
This is some serious long ball that she and Bloomberg are playing.
I don’t think she has the chops to make a Senate run, but Polis might.
Gardener is a milquetoast cuckservative who is not well liked even in his own party. Hate to say it, but gunning for him is probably a smart move on bloomberg’s part.
