What did I just say earlier this morning.

I called it.

You can say “but he’s just a comedian, not a politician.”

I will remind you that Hollywood activism had blurred the line between celebrity and politician.  This is a celebrity pushing the Overton Window.

It’s not enough for them to ban guns. They want to send gun owners to the gulag.

  1. He incorrectly mixed rights and privileges, but hey, we gun-toting terrorists need to listen to his wisdom anyway. /s

  2. Sure, they are free to try and repeal the 2A. To be removed, it must be repealed by a new amendment. A proposed amendment must be approved by a 2/3 majority of both legislative bodies of the US Congress. The Proposed Amendment must then be sent to every individual State’s legislature for consideration. Each state follows its own parliamentary process to arrive at a yea or nay on the Proposed Amendment. For the Proposed Amendment to become a Constitutional Amendment, 3/4 of the individual American States must vote a final yea. So 2/3 of 50 is 38 states.

    Best of luck dipshit!

    1. On top of that, repealing the 2nd Amendment doesn’t abolish the right to keep and bear arms, because of the 9th Amendment. And it doesn’t give the Feds the Constitutional power to regulate arms, because of Article 1 Section 8.
And of course there are the RKBA articles in most state constitutions, some even more straightforward than the Federal one. Not to mention nice items like the NH Constitution Bill of Rights, article 10.
