One must remember that the same Prosecutors that decry Stand Your ground because it curtails their ability to send Law Abiding Citizens to prison for thirty years to Life because they were forced to defend themselves are the same Prosecutors that have no problem reducing charges and/or pleading out violent Felons with multiple convictions.

Just saying….

  1. Of course you’re right. It never ceases to confound me when they catch a violent criminal that is 18-25 years old and on probation (or pled out) for previous felony convictions.

    1. The fact that they catch convicted felons committing more felonies isn’t what confounds us, it’s the fact that the prosecutors continue to make deals with them.

  2. I think we need to bring back public hangings. Especially for repeat offenders. It costs taxpayers too much to house these cockroaches every year. If you are a repeat violent CONVICTED felon…and you get caught and tried again for ANOTHER crime? Your ass gets frog marched out of the courtroom, through the front doors of the court house and up the steps to a brand new gallows constructed just for you! Where you’ll be summarily hung. Watch that last step it’s a doozie
