The attacker was found and arrested. Guess what happened next?

A Bronx man who was caught on video brutally beating up a motorist with what appeared to be knuckle-dusters after a car crash was given only misdemeanor charges and let go under new bail laws, the Post has learned.

Miquiel Guerrero, 23, was released on his own recognizance six days after he and five friends allegedly ganged up on a 53-year-old driver – with Guerrero using the metal object to punch the victim in the head and body multiple times, a spokeswoman for the Bronx District Attorney’s office confirmed.

Guerrero had been arrested on a felony robbery charge for the March 30 incident in the Concourse neighborhood, but was arraigned April 5 on three misdemeanors and a violation, according to the criminal complaint against him.

Never forget, this whole thing is not an accident but designed to be a way to control the population: If you are afraid to move around and have a normal life, you do not have time to be active against the government that promised to fix things. A behavioral cage to keep you in check.

The saddest part? They keep voting for the same Social engineers/politicians.

  1. After seeing Reginald Denny 300 times, I don’t understand why anyone in a car gets out of it. 3000 pounds or more of blunt instrument in low gear solves a lot of arguments.

Accident? Drive to the police station, and discuss it with the desk sergeant, FFS.
“I didn’t feel safe, and here’s my information.”
    Problem solved.

  2. Reality here, this sorta crap wont make it here unless the world truely goes lawless.
    Then all bets are off.
Let the Metro areas eat themselves, they made the choice.
    Round these parts…well.
Who? What incident? No sir, lovely day isnt it though.

  3. Do not stop. If you cannot go forward, reverse is always a great option. If you have a small or low slung vehicle, there is always the possibility of getting high centered on an assailant that gets under the vehicle, especially at low speed and low momentum. At high speed, the violent crash is more likely to disable your vehicle, and/or knock it off track, and maybe off the road. Just ask anyone that has hit an elk or moose.

Like Aesop says, drive away and drive to the police station. If you think you are being followed? Follow home robberies are the big new crime pattern. One, two, even five (5) followers. Same thing, drive to the police, and CALL AHEAD!

    1. The trouble with “do not stop” is that the law objects to leaving the scene of an accident. So as a first step that’s not a good option. But staying in the car, with doors locked, and calling for police to show up at the scene is a good idea. And of course, if attacked you have a self defense situation and are justified in fleeing to safety. Have a camera rolling in that case.
