I would be interested in seeing Shannon Watts do that.
The little girl scenario isn’t likely to happen. Training cops that way is de-sensitizing them to be able to shoot anyone and everyone. It was a video representation of the “No Heistation” targets used for the last few years.

Well, no shit. Neither is a hostage situation. Or a terrorist response. Or an active shooter in a given location. So should cops not train for those situations, either?
