Sorry, that just burst out. The attorney General enforces the law, the legislature makes the law. Again, this attitude shows just how much the O admin disregards the Constitution and the separation of powers.
He ‘thought’ he could do a BO and ignore the law… Didn’t work quite like his boss… He needs to go to prison!
