You figure after so many videos of police stops that end in somebody catching a bullet, people would understand that “I didn’t do nuttin” after you are done doing it and “I am not resisting” while actually struggling with the cop, simply will not fly. And for the love of God, don’t grab any weapon unless you want to become a case for Ben Crump so your mom can get monies from the county and the shyster engross his bank account.

By the way, BLM and company have been protesting this incident. They need to buy another mansion the soonest so remember to donate to the “cause.”
Ol’ Dindu Nuffin, shot by police Why is anyone wasting time with this fool? His “life” was fine until he started going for the cop’s tools.
Like cops or not, agree with policing policies or not … in that moment when you are stopped, you either comply with the cops (1) or you dramatically increase the risk of a bad ending for yourself. This isn’t hard to figure out. And then one can think of the police as sort of like a collective Terminator: even if you fight back and win free against one, the others will. not. stop. until they have you. Especially if you hurt or kill one of them in the process of that initial fight.
.
(1) Of course, we’ve also seen a lot of cases come out where the commands are contradictory (freeze / on your knees / hands in the air / drop it / do the mambo / etc.) and then who do you listen to? And there are the no-knock (or “announced” but never heard) raids in the wee hours when you might reasonably fear a home invasion. But such cases seem to be the exception rather than the rule, at least that’s my impression.
There is the problem of cops yelling contradictory commands, which to me should be grounds for straight up dismissal from the force. If there isn’t a procedure for handling suspects then the force better write one up.
That being said… there’s a saying: you can beat the rap, but you can’t beat the ride.
@it’s just Boris: My mind first went to the guy in the hotel with a pellet gun who was a bit drunk.
Not that it matters to them but there are a lot more angles/views of it on YouTube.
