Go play outside. Come back before the street lights come on.
Here $5, go buy ice cream.

Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

I remember those days. Ice cream money and streetlights. Outside all day. No cell phone. No pedophiles. Just street hockey, tag football, hide and seek. Fishing without needing a permit. Shooting BB guns, crashing our bicycles. In the winter, sledding all day and never being cold.
Getting old kinda stinks. 🙂
Thanks for the memories.
Amen Irish. Amen.
Still look at a couple scars with fond memories from times like those. “Go out and play; don’t come home broken” I’d come home bloody instead 🙂
Memories and experiences like my wife and I had are a HUGE reason why we’re in a cul-de-sac neighborhood and why we’re looking to move to a large plot of land (20+). We want our kid to have those same adventures we remember fondly, too 🙂
