Allow me to introduce Ubax Gardheere, she is running for elected office in King County, Washington.

This is how she describes herself on her own website:

Ubax has lived in King County-for 25 years. A proud single parent to three very energetic kids who keep her on her toes, Ubax has dedicated her life to striving to be a good ancestor who leaves a better world for the next generation. She is a multi-talented strategist, collective power builder, policy analyst, and donor and funder organizer focused on policy and systemic healing.

This is how Seattle Weekly described her in 2010:

When Seattle Weekly met Ubax Gardheere a few months ago for a feature story on the Somali community, she was handing out worksheets and snacks at a tutoring program she ran at a SeaTac YMCA. College-educated and soft-spoken (as well as heavily pregnant), the 29-year-old Somali immigrant was working with a coalition trying to counter the image of her compatriots as terrorists. Yet on Monday Tuesday of last week, a little after 7:30 a.m., she boarded a Highline School District bus and scared the wits out of a bunch of middle schoolers with a rant that seemed like the threats of a militant. First telling the driver to call his dispatcher because a “national security incident was going on,” according to court documents, she then blamed the U.S. for the violent chaos in Somalia. “You need to calm yourself down ’cause I could have a bomb,” she told the kids as some started to run off the bus. Gardheere sent this picture of herself, beaten up.  King County Sherriff’s deputies soon arrived and arrested her, at which point she said, “I am prepared to die.” They found no bomb.

What the actual fuck?

From Seattle PI:

Prosecutors: Woman boards Highline school bus, threatens to bomb it

A SeaTac woman is facing felony charges on allegations that she threatened to blow up a school bus, then called middle school students cowards as they fled.

In court documents, King County prosecutors claim Ubax Gardheere boarded the Highline School District bus on Jan. 12 as it made its morning rounds. Once aboard the Chinook Middle School-bound bus, Gardheere allegedly demanded the driver tell his dispatcher “that a national security incident was going on.”

Gardheere, 29, then began yelling at the children, berating them about America’s relationship with Somalia, according to police reports. When the children and driver told Gardheere to leave the bus, authorities alleged the incident took a violent turn.

“You need to calm yourselves down ’cause I could have a bomb,” Gardheere said, according to a police recounting of an audio recording of the incident. “Look how loose my clothes are.”

Children began fleeing from the rear door of the bus, which was stopped near South 208th Street and International Boulevard South. As they did so, Gardheere began screaming that they were “cowards” for abandoning their classmates, police allege.

This woman carried out a mock terrorist attack and bomb threat because she blamed the condition of Somalia on America.

Now she is running for public office in King County.  There is no need to tell you which party she’s in.

In most of the country, this would be utterly insane.

In the Seattle area, hating America this much and committing an act of terrorism is a plus.

I suspect she will win.

The question is if she will use that position to eventually run for higher office?  Ilhan Omar used her position to go to bat for ISIS recruits, so is clearly a supporter of terrorsm.  The next logical step is for the Democrats to elect an actual Islamic terrorist.

  1. I would not waste the time or money to bother running against her. Not worth it to garner less than 5% of the vote.

  2. she blamed the condition of Somalia on America

And if we’d stayed out of it, it still would have been our fault.

If I were president, I’d have some simple rules for dealing with tribal conflicts (and excepting the Anglosphere and a few parts of Asia, they’re all tribal conflicts):

    1) Don’t interfere with the fighting. Let the combatants settle it, or it will never end.

    2) If some other nation tries to turn it into a “Great Power Game”, then let take over. It’s not worth our blood or money.

    3) No refugees. First, they always become the breeding grounds of the next generation of the same tribal conflict. Second, they often return your charity with murder.

    4) Punish any side that tries to internationalize their war.

    1. Indeed.
The only hesitation I have is that your description would fit WW1 and WW2. While the justification for the US getting into WW1 is pretty weak, WW2 is a bit of a different matter. And as a former Dutchman it’s clear to me it made a personal difference to me that the US liberated Europe that time around.
