This is an update to my earlier post Seattle aims to drive all educated professionals out of the city.

Councilwoman Kshama Sawant, the avowed Socialist, decided it would be a good idea to threaten Jeff Bezos over her new “Amazon Tax.”

After passing the "Amazon Tax," Seattle City Councilwoman Kshama Sawant went on this unhinged rant.

She threatens to seize control of the Fortune 500 and overthrow the "racist, sexist, violent, utterly bankrupt system of capitalism."

Jeff Bezos and the Amazon executives are just a tiny fraction of the people who will be affected by that tax.

It applies to anyone who makes more than $150,000 and works for a company with a $7 million payroll.  That is a lot of mid-career professionals in the Seattle area.

If you object to being hit with the “Amazon Tax” because you are far from the billionaire Jeff Bezos is and don’t have a bank account fat with startup IPO stock, welcome to how socialism works.

To the farmer with 20 cows, the farmer with 100 cows it a Kulak.  To the farmer with one cow, the farmer with 20 cows is a Kulak.

She and her minions will come for you.  That threat is crystal clear.
