I followed your recommendation and watched the whole thing. Yes indeed, that was very well explained. It ties directly into other cases. The “parking lot shoot” that some claim was a “bad shoot” comes to mind; looking at it in the way the Sheriff did confirms my earlier conclusion that it was proper.
Defiantly a Darwin award nominee. Imagine the outrage if Mr. Boke wasn’t melanin challenged.
