Headline:
DeSantis committees pay fake news site to help raise cash | Miami Herald
Which Fake News Site? The Babylon Bee.
No shit. Satire Site gets again tagged as eeeevil Fake News generator because… I have no idea. Because the regular News media are liars?
And what evel pieces of misinformation were published in The Babylon Bee that have helped Ron DeSantis bring death and fascism to Florida?
Apparently, none.
But the two DeSantis committees are the only political committees in Florida who have paid The Babylon Bee, which is based in Jupiter, for fundraising help, according to Florida campaign finance records. The expenses were coded as “LIST RENTAL” and “EMAIL SERVICES.” No federal political committee has paid the website, either, according to federal campaign finance data.
They bought their email lists. Holy shit! that has not been done before! Oh wait, it is common practice since emails came to exists in the Netverse.
But it is mandatory for the Miami Herald to create bullshit outrage because of DeSantis Derangement Syndrome.
(Note: We don’t sell the email addresses of our subscribers. We don’t even know where to find the damned list.)
Babylon Bee prints more truth than the regular MSM
(a) I weep for the state of “education”.
Seriously: do these fools think that “Gulliver’s Travels” was an actual travelogue? That “The Inferno” a true-to-life account of a literal tour of Hell?
Jeebez! Even my 7 year old grandchild groks “satire”
(b) AND! We’re supposed to take counsel from these imbeciles? (and I mean in no way to besmirch the good name imbeciles have all over the world, by such a comparison. My apologies to imbeciles, everywhere.)
The Bradenton paper has a headline that’s even worse: “DeSantis calls out ‘fake news’ but his campaign used fake news site to raise cash”
The last time someone tried to play this game, didn’t someone wind up having to pay the Bee?
I remember whe the Miami Herald was an honest newspaper.
Isn’t the Miami Herald just an English edition of Granma?
