Meet Erica  Windisch

She locked her tweets about 5 minutes too late

She is some sort of Software engineer working for a San Francisco firm in Philly.

Erica does not like Americans carrying firearms for the defense in times like this. I guess she believe her Antifa idols should not be impeded from the Glorious Work for the Revolution with a properly placed round in a body part, so she shared her ideas.

Have you ever seen such a glorious display of Karma followed by a mega doses of Irony? She hates the Gun People, threatens a doxxing, gets doxxed, gets scared, invokes  Castle Doctrine while hinting she might be armed herself.

While checking the company’s site, one of those Live Chat windows popped up. I went ahead and asked them a couple of questions.

Contrary to their message, they did not answer under 5 minutes.  Waited for another 5 and no answer. OK, let’s give them another 5 minutes…. Nope.

Oh well. It is San Francisco so probably they are having lunch while I was posting.

UPDATE: I waited 30 minutes and still. Notice the word “seen” as it means they saw the inquiry posted by me, but apparently they pleaded the 5th.

Spread the love

  1. I did the same thing, I never got a response.

If any of you two are just south of Bham, AL, I’ll buy you a beer!

  2. Fastest way to become a dot com millionaire:

Discover the dot com you trusted with your info has a rogue employee who doxxed you using their system, then sue them for everything.

  3. There’s a disconnect I’ve noticed with some people- they just cannot grok that the thing they want done to others might be done to them. When it is, they get pissed, and suddenly, now it is wrong and bad.
The vast numbers of Leftist shocked at finding out that those gun law they supported apply to them comes to mind. Others cheering the looters until it’s their own place is another.
It’s called empathy, Karen- try it.

    1. Just like your average toddler. Always surprised that the rules apply to them as well.

  4. If I recall correctly from my PA years, open carry is only legal in Philadelphia if you also have a concealed carry permit. Most of PA is pretty gun friendly, certainly compared to surrounding states, but the PA cities want their own rules.

  5. Oopsie… And it will be interesting to see if the company EVER answers… My bet is no!

  6. Anonymized for my protection…
I work for a company that uses software like this.
We are in a bakeoff (basically, we’re trying out 4 products that do the same thing to see who wins) right now, and they are one of the competitors.
The contract will be worth millions of dollars a year.
I have veto power on who will win the contract.
    And….
We have a policy against using politically active software vendors

  7. I am not defending this idiot, but how many times have we all said stuff like “shame if something happened to….”

There is a big difference between saying that on a blog comment forum, and posting a tweet with pictures attached saying the same thing. If someone reading this post decides to go out and do their own research and dox someone, that is one thing. Posting a picture of people, and assuming you hold no culpability through the use of weasel words is something totally different

    1. Doing so with your name and photo attached is extra stupid, especially in an era of weaponized autism.

  8. Keep in mind the company may have a policy against discussing ‘internal issues’ with unknown outsiders.

That being said, if I was Erica I’d brush up the resume. Nobody likes to have this sort of thing dropped in their lap.

  9. I doubt she will be fired, as she’s got an ace in her pocket: she’s trans. Firing her would be “transphobic” and the company would be shat on.

  10. Apparently he tried to get people to stop working on open source software by saying they’re used by ICE and other government agencies “for oppression”.

Never mind that he works at a company that sells proprietary software that competes with open source software. And that, from what I’ve seen of their product, they wouldn’t exist WITHOUT open source software.

(Yes, “he”, scrappycrow found the proof.)
