Yeah, spoke to soon. The results were the same but the vector was different. There is badness still here but we should be safe until I have a few hours to dig through everything on the site to determine how they are getting in.
They could have installed a backdoor through the database which is harder to find. And I’m still looking at separating all of the “real” and good changes that Miguel has done from the hackery added by bad boys.
Unfortunately, I’m TDY for most of today. I think this is fixed. I’ve increased the level of lock on the site and we move forward.
Since I was curious I looked up the registration data for the bad website. It looks like one of Putin’s minions; the owner is in Russia, the whois database entry actually gives his name and address.
