If you go on other sites, commenters are saying maybe he replaced a blank with a live round, for various reasons, and others are saying he should be charged with murder. So the crazy cuts both ways.
“Murder” would require proving intent. On the other hand, negligent homicide seems like a charge that would stick.
My point exactly. The left has no monopoly on mouth-foaming craziness. If you can find them, read some of the comments left on blogs by people who wanted Minneapolis PD officer Noor charged with first-degree murder (with no premeditation) and executed (in a state with no death penalty). We really shouldn’t be too quick to pat ourselves on the back.
If its a REAL prop gun you cant put live ammo in it. If its a REAL gun with blanks they CAN be deadly if ya stupid…

I’ve seen that several places already. Serious mental illness…. but look who they voted for.

TDS should have been added to DSM-5 in 2017. Future revisions should include this mental illness.
