IIRC there are several major cities (Chicago, LA, etc) haven’t filed UCR’s w/ the feeb’s.
as Tantiv said- when you don’t report crimes and you don’t prosecute crimes, well SEE!!, crime is down…. NICS is averaging 2.5 MILLION a month..

Or is is because many crimes now are not crimes now in the cities and states. That would drop the levels reported also. If not the main reason crime is down. So, it can look oh so good for brandonfjb.
