Not sure what she’s trying to prove. Being President gives one certain legal privileges which Hillary Clinton doesn’t (shouldn’t) have.
Do someone tell her don jr isn’t the president either?
He was a private citizen, talking to the citizen of a foreign country. Hillary’s emails were from her tenure as chief bribe-taker at State. Her deleting them was a crime.
