You know what also works? Saran wrap tightly covering the nose and mouth. The person will die, but it won’t be tagged as COVID related.
This basically tells you nothing the Health Powers that Be and Dr Fauxci told us to “flatten the curve” worked worth squat. At this point is either throw whatever combination of stupidity and useless human tricks they can come up and see if they stick or starting to see what countries have no extradition treaties with the US if Pedo Joe does not give them a Presidential pardon.
And no mention at all of trying to get healthier over or reducing your risk by proper nutrition/exercise/sleep . . . that doesn’t play well in a state where the predominant blood type is Sweet Tea and Country Gravy. But I wouldn’t expect that from a state that shut down gyms and parks but deemed the state run liquor stores to be “EsSeNtIaL” . . . because tax money.

Are they saying “get vaccinated” is the least effective thing you can do? Is the the right end the most or least important thing? I can see the left end (Stay Home if Sick) would be the most important; that’s the old definition of quarantine. Which means they seem to be saying getting vaccinated is least important, but there are things before the end that seem they’d be less effective or important. Like “help others get vaccinated.”
There’s a concept in there; I’m just struggling with what it is.
Don’t get too tough on the swiss cheese model. It is often used in risk analysis. Layers of controls, mitigations, and just paying attention will reduce the likelihood of accidents. Additional layers generally means additional reductions in risk.
But, this is just stupid.
Curiously, the virus is fully stopped by the 4th slice of cheese. Vaccinations are way past the point where the virus is stopped.
This is a last gasp effort to keep the fear up.. and its failing. We the People are tired of all of it. The more these idiots scream from the pulpit the more Americans will vote them out.
