I wonder if they are still reading all of those other criminals names? Like Dornner and the terrorist now known as speedbump.
And once again, the best way to prevent this shooting would have been to allow our soldiers to be armed when they’re on their own bases.
This strikes me as akin to allowing someone to be armed while in his own home.
Given the response to the Newtown massacre, perhaps the carry ban for soldiers on base will be lifted as well. It REALLY is a backwards law.
Are they going to vet the speakers? Or would it be bad form for a pro-gun type person to sign up and exclusively read the names of criminals, and the acts they were engaged in at the time they were shot?
Or at least pepper a few in the list? 😉
