Where a Hispanic Catholic, and a Computer Geek write about Gun Rights, Self Defense and whatever else we can think about.

Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

It’s disturbing that the majority of the comments are subjectively anti-shopkeeper/pro-shoplifter.
It’s Twitter, it’s full of leftist sewer rats.
Indeed, I dunno why I should be surprised.
The idiots claiming that it isn’t shoplifting to hide goods in your bag until you pass the cash register are funny. Amateur attorneys.
I wonder if the intent of all the “shoplifting’s A-OK”, “no bail needed!”, etc. nonsense, is to push us to this sort of incivility.
A) Was that guy an employee or owner?
B) The [alleged ?] thief was pretty resilient after bumping into that glass door.
I work at a 7-11 and have for nearly six years now. So I recognize the uniform shirt instantly.
I don’t know for a fact, but he appears to be a middle-aged Arab man… So he may very well be the franchise owner, but, the shirt he is wearing is usually worn by regular hourly employees. There’s a different style that is optional for managers (a button-up style dressier shirt) that most prefer to wear. Franchise owners often don’t wear any sort of uniform at all, just standard business casual. This isn’t universal, but it is common.
So I’m going to guess this Absolute Legend is just an hourly employee, maybe a “shift supervisor” (which doesn’t mean much if you’re alone on your shift).
What? The thief tripped.
I want to inject this straight into my veins.
Can I get a looped video of just the profile camera angle. Maybe with a nice operatic soundtrack…?
I wanna hear the ‘crunch’ of the nose impacting the cooler door…
I wonder if this store is in a locale where stores are forced to charge for bags.
Guy’s already failed.
The correct answer is “Sorry, the cameras weren’t working that day.”
