No need to tell me what party the vote for. I already know.

Is it just me, or does Ol’ Silverback there look at lot like Stalin?
Without more info, it’s hard to say for sure but the Anny Amando person sure sounds like a NIMBY type. I wonder how she feels about offshore (but in sight) wind farms?

TDW took, for some reason, some sort of Nat Sci class. She’s a farm girl. Class toured nearby Enormous State U. Ag School farms.
One classmate, a gosling, commented, in class discussion thereafter, “That’s so sick! I could never eat eggs from a chicken! I only eat eggs from (grocery chain)!”
Kindred spirit.
I guess Silverback believes that The Food Fairy makes all the food *Magically* appear in the store.

I would guess “Silverback” is a shitposter.

My conclusion, too.
Yep. Checked his Twatter and he’s messing with her
The dumbing down of America is complete.
When my kids were young, they once asked for some extravagance. I told them that we didn’t have enough money for that. Their response was “Just go to the ATM and get more.” Now in their defense, they were 4 and 6 years old at the time.
This is a great example of the mental maturity level of many in today’s society. They are against hunting but eat meat. Against trucks but like shopping. Against millionaires but love celebrities.
Cognitive dissonance.

I took Silverback’s reply to be a sarcastic putdown, not a serious comment. The original post, that’s a different matter.
CT lifer here. I’m gonna guess the context of this is in relation to tolls, a hotly debated issue. Our fearless leader /sarc actually declined tolls, but many people say put tolls and charge only commerical vehicles.
No excuse for the comments tho for the first one, she probably drives 91/95 merge and New Haven or 91/84 merge and Hartford, or the Mixmaster and Waterbury, all notroiously shitty, in perpetual construction projects to expand use and always unable to keep up with demand. Problem is many of our highways cannot we widened due to private property abuting them. Overall I don’t think trucks are the issue, we just have terrible traffic in general and it has only gotten worse the last few years where I most now honestly admit the average CT driver is worse than both New Yorkers and Massholes.
Silverback I think was meming, look at that profile pic.
