Chavez took all the oil revenue and spent it on “Social[ist] Programs” leaving nothing for maintenance, kicked the American companies out and then fired the workers who protested these insane policies. However, somehow, it’s all Trump’s fault.
Bernie would of course praise the fact that Maduro is saving the planet by reducing carbon emissions.
