I have my opinions as the “why” and they will remain private, but it is clear that last year, in the rush to “do something” the politicians chose the easy path out by restricting rights rather than addressing the mental health problem endemic we seems to be having.

I fear that these two lives will not be the only ones that will end up being lost.
