The Uvalde Police Department and the Uvalde Independent School District police force are no longer cooperating with the Texas Department of Public Safety’s investigation into the massacre at Robb Elementary School and the state’s review of the law enforcement response, multiple law enforcement sources tell ABC News.
And in the words of LawDog “Well … that’s what we finely-trained (albeit retired) Law Enforcement types call “a clue”.”
Also, it is not helping when a video surfaced of the LEOs knowing that kids were still being shot while they posted outside.

I’ve have been very critical of the Uvalde cops over at my blog, and the more evidence that comes out, the more my opinion is confirmed. Even then, there are still those who defend the cops in the comment section. Some people just aren’t ready to admit the truth that is right in front of them.
You didn’t expect anything different, did you, Miguel? Doctors cover for each other, scumbag,,, I mean lawyers cover for lawyers and cops will cover for each other. I would include judges/prosecutors, but the scumbag,,, I mean lawyers term cover those, too.
And NOTHING of any REAL Consequence will happen.
Maaaaaaaaybe, the Department will be Dissolved.
But I see that more as a Officer Safety Issue than anything.
There won’t be Decertifications of ALL, which there should be. Every last one of them.
There sure as hell wont be Criminal Charges.
And if there are, well, ya just Judge Shop. Fix that right up.
As for Civil Lawsuits. Well wiser Folks than I most likely already know the answer here. I just don’t know if thats even ….a thing. To Civily Sue a Police Dept on grounds of Failure to follow Training.
