I could watch them all day. When I was a Marine, I wanted to be on the team. But, at 5’8″, I was too short. You had to be between 5’10” and 6’2″ for the uniformity. And those bayonets on those Garands, you can shave with them. I practiced a lot of those moves with a M-14. Slinging that 9 pound rifle around like that is a lot of work. They make it look easy.
