I keep track of some Venezuelan Media outlets just to see what kind of BS is floating around. I cracked a laugh when I saw this bit about weapons taken from a criminal gang which apparently was using them to protect illegal mining operations in the Southeast of the country:

Although, in a country were no one has guns, or knowledge of guns, anyone with a gun shaped item is in charge.
