Farewell Vir Cotto.
Too soon and too young. I found his B5 character humorous and encouraging with his morality with the underground railroad for the Narn and his tireless efforts to be an external conscience of Londo.
Of course, fat, stupid, and drunk was a classic.
I met him at a Con once with the rest of the B5 crew. He was friendly, enthusiastic and kind. May he rest in peace.
