The delivery confirmation is OK as long as an agent is allowed to sign. ?
That’s only for delivery of boxes of ballots.

In defense, that’s probably to help manage mail that’s been erroneously sent to someone who’s pushing up daisies. Y’know, how to get them off mailing lists and resolve bills, etc.
I like the commentary though 🙂
