And I know it can happen, because now even a wolf whistle directed to a good-looking woman is called rape.

But for stuff like this? He needs to be fed to a woodchipper set at 10 RPM.

And dear ladies, fight like there is no tomorrow. You must not believe you are the easily victimized. And carry anything you can (legally or otherwise) to defend yourselves.

  1. If it’s from NYC, just remember, the politicritters want to ban GLOCKs and would consider this a simple assault. No pre-trial detainment necessary.

  2. most walk around with the “it wont happen to me” syndrome. then it does and they are clueless as to what to do. cities have brainwashed residents police will protect them.. modern day America is fubar.. until the ones in charge are prosecuted and removed from the office they hold.

  3. It almost looks like that woman passed out as soon as the belt went over her head.

That is some major level panic there. The do-nothing response can get you killed.

    1. She was garotted. The way the loop was set up, the tension necessary to drag the victim would have been sufficient to severely compress the carotids. She was unconscious/semiconscious in 15 seconds. Remember that it only takes 5kg (11 lbs) of pressure to occlude the carotid. Most garrotes are thinner, since that makes it easier to focus energy on the carotids, but the belt works well. That wasn’t panic. That was anoxia.

This is obviously not this guy’s first rodeo. His technique for subdual is impressive. I’ll bet that if he’s caught, you will see a history involving a foreign country and working either for the government or a criminal organization.

  4. Give him a bilateral orchiectomy and insert them into his oral cavity prior to insertion into said wood chipper…

  5. The reason that you don’t have the death penalty for rape is the high rate of false conviction and false accusation. Approximately 25-40% of rape accusations are false — if you include rapes that did occur but the wrong person is accused. With respect to conviction, when DNA evidence became practical, people went back and looked at prior convictions. They exonerated convicted “rapists” in 11-15% of the cases. And that is only the false convictioins of people for whom DNA evidence was preserved and available. God only knows what it is for the folk for whom DNA was not preserved of not recovered.
