get some unfiltered honey from your local area. I put a teaspoon or so in my coffee every am. been doing it since 2008.. no more allergies.. except pine tree pollen in late may… bees don’t make honey from that..

My last year in college (near Atlanta), the pine pollen was so bad we swept it up in drifts from the dorm porches. My dust allergies triggered, and all cars were yellow after three hours outside the garage. There were dark mutters about “excessive arborilogical enthusiasm.”
