   None of the options under “register” seem to provide that option. Log in yes; sign up, no.

   This is with the Vivaldi browser on Android, requesting both the mobile and desktop sites, for what that’s worth.

   1. So for those of you having the same question:
      .
      When I click “Register” on a desktop machine (Windows 10 & latest Firefox, in my case), then a form appears letting me register and pay.
