This caught my attention in not a nice way:

The news on itself is sick, but what made me sicker and pissed off was that people were joking about somebody proudly signing their jobs as if branding  people without consent was something to be proud of somehow.

I did mention that there was  a “tradition” about marking people without their consent after proudly doing work on them. It was deemed too obscure a reference.

Dr Josef Mengele provided government-mandated free health care at Auschwitz too.

One thought on “What happened with Never Again?”
  1. Two bits of information I like to share at our synagogue, where far too many of the members are what Aaron Zelman would have termed, “Bagel Brains:”

    1. “Never Again” has no meaning without personal ownership of firearms.

    2. I don’t understand how any Jew, who understands what happened in Germany in the 1930s and 40s, could possibly be in favor of government regulation of firearms.

    YMMV…
