Duane Owen (Was/Were) was executed for the murder of Georgianna Worden, a 38-year-old executive secretary and mother of two. He was also given the death penalty for the brutal rape and murder of 14-year-old Karen Slattery who was first stabbed all over her body 18 times and then sexually abused.
ACLU trying to be woke, keeps cementing the idea that all LGBQT+&%$, etc. are just a bunch of murdering sexual deviates who we are supposed to commiserate because they were not given a penis slicing and titties courtesy of the taxpayers.
But we are the bigots.
Then again maybe the ACLU is following the example of school boards that refuse to arm teachers or even harden schools to protect children. You get successful fundraisers and more funding if you get to wave the bloody shirt.

liberals love killing babies and abore the death penalty… kill babies? “Health care” ridding the world of unfixable criminals? You cant do that!!
Years of pain and suffering because someone who is not the victim did not acknowledge and support the victim’s mental delusion.

Somehow, because I look at what is obviously a male, and I refer to it as a male, and treat it as a male, I am causing pain and suffering. No… their mental illness is not the source of their suffering, me, not supporting their delusion is.
Not that I’ve been in there since I was in HS but a local Spencer’s had a big ‘Pride’ sign and at the bottom was ‘Spencer’s loves ACLU’. I just had to laugh.
The state could have compromised with the ACLU. A week before Duane met his fate, find some cattlemen to come in an put a band around Duane’s scrotum. He’d likely be castrated within a few hours due to the lack of blood flow. Sure, it’s not the complete package he wanted, but he would have died even less of a “man” than he already was.
Y’know, I kind of like that as a mandatory “add-on” to convictions for certain classes of sex offenders….
