2. Attn: NSA (I know you’re watching; don’t bother to deny it): Feel free to pass this on to your masters in the White House:

   Mr. President, please explain to lil’ ol’ me just how depriving a person of a fundamental constitutional right by simply placing their name on a list with no notice, no due process, no evidentiary standards, and no appeal mechanism is “common sense.”

   Combine that with AG Lynch’s apparent desire to gut the 1st Amendment (see above), and tell me how you are preserving, protecting, and defending the Constitution of the United States, as you are sworn to do?

   Tell me again just why you should not be impeached . . . .
