Mr Pearce is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Southern State Community College and apparently quite the liberal free-thinker. His Facebook’s like are a cornucopia of Bullshit Artists (Think Mel Brooks) and assorted outlandish causes and groups.
He is warned it is not so easy:
And he “smartly” replies:
Legal advice came along and then, that one guy:
And then, backtracking:
And I have a feeling this guys is not joking:
Let’s face it, I feel I am more in danger from the missus for not taking out the trash on time than from Mr. Pearce., bless his caring soul…wait.

The left is very fond of talking about restrictions on Constitutionally-enumerated rights. How many times do we hear that the Founding Fathers never envisioned “assault rifles” and would have sought to ban them as well?
Well, one thing I can say is that the Founding Fathers would have definitely felt is that freedom of speech didn’t include freedom from the consequences of said speech. Pearce is lucky he said his words in 2016. Had he said them in 1816, I wouldn’t have been surprised if a duel had resulted.
He wouldn’t be laughing if one of us talked about kidnapping his wife and kids and sending them back to him Ikea-style over several Christmases. You can’t just claim everything you say is a joke.
@ClockworkGremlin:
Indeed. “JK, LOL!” only goes so far, and somehow I think his sense of humor when it comes to overt death threats will evaporate the second he’s on the receiving end.
“Threats for thee, not for me,” it would seem.
So he’s going to arm a bunch of anti’s an go shoot up the NRA headquarters and kill everyone, huh? Ok, he can enlist fellow lefty hate mongers Gersh Kuntzman and Michael Moore to come along with him. Kuntzman is apparently a seasoned veteran with the AR-15, and Moore was at one point even an NRA member! Maybe Charlton Heston gave him the keys to the place.
Seriously though, imagine this invertebrate weakling trying to do any of the things he is “joking” about. This has been especially good for a laugh.
Remember his desire to murder you and me is only because he wants to stop the senseless murders by “gun violence” so the irony escapes him.
“On average, Democrats … use guns for shooting the innocent. We call that crime.
“On average, Republicans use guns for sporting purposes and self-defense.
“So it seems to me that gun control can’t be solved because Democrats are using guns to kill each other – and want it to stop – whereas Republicans are using guns to defend against Democrats.
“… Democrats are unlikely to talk Republicans out of gun ownership because it comes off as “Put down your gun so I can shoot you.” ”
–Scott Adams, “Why Gun Control Can’t Be Solved in the USA”.
And now it appears someone has taken Mr. Pearce’s advice, and police officers in Dallas are dead as a result.
James Pearce, this is your fault.
I like how he has his comments turned off! He get’s confronted for his incitement to violence and all of a sudden it’s OUR fault that we’re not smart enough to recognize his “sarcasm”. Douche nozzel…
Now he’s railing about how “brave” he’s being because he’s being investigated (so he says) by Homeland Security and his university. If he were “brave” he’d be the first one in the door at NRA like he says the gun grabbers should.
