UPDATE 2: My appeal went through, the ban on the video was removed, my account is free from strikes. The video has been age-restricted which I had already done the first time around.

Well, there is a “Sam Colt made them equal” moment if I ever saw one.
He will try again. Next time he will bring his own gun, or find a time and place that Ms. Carry Permit is not available. The state had better lock him up to save lives, including his own; but you know they will not.
The woman that was hit by that useless waste of skin better get her CCW and a carry pistol with a nice size caliber, because it is very likely he will try again.
Minnesota learned from the trail blazing states like Florida and Texas when the Gun Owners Civil Rights Alliance presented their Shall Issue legislation. It includes emergency permits, where the Sheriff makes sure you are not a prohibited person, issues a temporary permit, and you have thirty days to fulfill the normal requirements.
I hope she gets her permit if she wants to defend herself. I also hope she wants to defend herself.
And I hope she is successful. A big, powerful man like that punching a woman, she could have been seriously injured or killed. That man is a menace to all women.
