Ignoring the fact that the good guys are keeping score, I think Baldr’s response is also typical of the left for another reason. He wants to know who is going to do something for him.
Obviously the answer is “no” for you and your supporters. If you were keeping score, you’d have to admit to everyone that these laws, you know the Constitutional guarantees, actually work and have a purpose.

I think the the exchange with the waitress was something like:
“Is that a gun?”
“Yup!”
“Is it real?”
“Yup!”
“Is that LEGAL?”
“Yup!”
