Medical Personnel: On their way to be as trusted as politicians and journalists.
Where a Hispanic Catholic, and a Computer Geek write about Gun Rights, Self Defense and whatever else we can think about.

Semi-retired like Vito Corleone before the heart attack. Consiglieri to J.Kb and AWA. I lived in a Gun Control Paradise: It sucked and got people killed. I do believe that Freedom scares the political elites.

Remember all the layoffs last summer???? Amazing how the sheep meekly believe EVERYTHING they are told
These folks are giving used car salesmen and ambulance chasers a good name.
Don’t believe your lying eyes, the TV said the hospitals are being overwhelmed so we have to stay home until we all take the vaccine. And then we can go straight from home to work and back again because you can still infect people and overwhelm the hospitals.
/sarcasm. Unfortunately, this is too close to many, many people’s preprogrammed beliefs.
I can’t help but think this crap could have been mitigated if the hospital admins were to put out a memo to all staff that included phrases along the lines of “unapproved use of social media on company time/property”, “immediate disciplinary action”, and “termination for cause”. Instead, the hospital management is too busy crying crocodile tears at press conferences and figuring out how to get Uncle Sugar to pay for their capital improvement projects.
As it is, at least in my circle, this has led to medical professional credibility tanking faster than Enron stock in 2001.
Yet… Medical Screwups and Malpractice accounts for lots more deaths than all gun deaths (suicides, murders, accidents) combined. FAR MORE.
And there are more legal and illegal gun owners than medical personnel… FAR MORE.
Yet guns are the problem?
I don’t think so?
